Four ways a funded account measures loss
FloorFunded uses four loss measurements, and the one on your account is frozen at purchase. Knowing which one you bought is the whole risk plan.
End-of-day trailing drawdown ratchets the floor up with the highest end-of-day balance and never moves it back down. A green session that you give back the next morning can still sit well above the new floor, but the floor itself does not forgive the high mark.
Intraday trailing uses the same idea during the session. The floor follows the equity peak while the trade is open, so a spike and a reversal can close the account before the session settles.
Static drawdown fixes the overall floor as a percent of the starting balance. Profit does not lift it. The daily loss bucket is separate: it is a percent of the starting balance measured from that day's opening equity, and it resets at 20:55 UTC. A loss that breached yesterday does not remain a breach after the roll if the new day has not lost its own allowance.
Instant accounts trail a percent of peak equity. Withdrawing does not lower that peak. If the balance after a reward sits on the floor, the account closes. That is why the reward page caps the request at one cent above the floor.
