Refunds

FloorFunded accounts are simulated evaluations or funded accounts. Rewards are performance payments on simulated results. FloorFunded is not a broker, this is not investment advice, and profit is not guaranteed. Crossing a loss limit closes the account.

CFD 2-Step fees are returned as part of the first approved reward. That refund is added to the reward, not sent as a separate card reversal, unless the law requires a card refund.

1-Step and Instant fees are not refunded on the first reward. Futures fees are not refunded after credentials are issued, unless a statute that applies to your purchase requires it.

If a household cap blocks provisioning, the order stays unpaid. If a payment is captured and provisioning fails, contact support and FloorFunded will either open the account or return the fee.

Reset fees, when charged, are separate from the original purchase and are not refundable once the reset is applied. A free reset credit, if you bought that add-on, is consumed when you use it.
